Colossus Minerals Inc. Announces Change of Auditors

Toronto, Canada – August 10, 2009 -- Colossus Minerals Inc. (TSX: CSI) (the “Company”) today announced that at the Company’s request, McCarney Greenwood LLP, resigned as auditors for the Company effective July 23, 2009 and have been succeeded by KPMG LLP.

The change of auditors was not as a result of any disagreement or other reportable event (within the meaning of applicable securities laws).
